Cuisine: Benguela Lodge prides itself on it's cuisine. Freshly caught fish, crayfish, calamari and crab are tantalizingly prepared and presented.
A comprehensively stocked bar offers a wide range of wines and imported liquors and the coldest beer in Moçambique.
Fishing: The Moçambique Channel is famous for record size marlin and sailfish, and we can promise tremendous fishing to both serious bill fishermen and general light tackle anglers. All your requirements are professionally catered for, and fully equipped 6.6m Acecats are available to take you into the deep waters.
Birdwatching: due to the varied landscapes on the island, Benguela is home to over 115 varieties of birds, including the rare Crab Plover, Oliver Bee-Eater, Green Coucal and the Narina Trogon.
Watersports: of all the exciting watersports offered, diving is perhaps the most rewarding with breathtaking reefs within easy reach of the Lodge.
They have a fully equipped diving facility including a 11m catamaran.
Open Water 1 dive and resort courses are available for aspirant divers.
